CargoMART Release Notes – July 2023

Introducing the latest edition of CargoMART's product release notes for July 2023! As we continue to enhance CargoMART based on your feedback, we highlight the exciting new features and improvements that have been rolled out. Read on to discover how these updates empower your businesses in the air cargo industry.

Booking Management

Express Rates Filter

When searching for rates, use our EXPRESS toggle to quickly filter for all airlines that offer bookable EXPRESS rates for your route.

Alternatively, when performing a normal search, you can quickly see what the different pricing options are, between a normal rate or express rate.

Import Booking Improvement – Recap Export Services

Last month, we released the important new feature where you can select all the Export Services that you require after making an Import Bookings using CargoMART Payments.

This month, we added the double confirmation, for your peace of mind, that you will now get the recap of what you selected, in the confirmation email.

Our partner will get a copy of the same email, referencing the full AWB number, ensuring both parties are on the same page with the services required. Our partner can clearly handle the shipment with the airline using the full AWB number.

Shipment Management

Modify Booking

Great news – the Modify Booking functionality is now rolled out for the majority of all our integrated airlines. This allows you to make changes after confirmation, UP TO 24 HOURS (varies for some airlines) BEFORE DEPARTURE.

These include Qatar Airways, IAG, Etihad, Turkish Cargo, Air New Zealand, Lufthansa Avianca, MasKargo, ITA Airways, LOT, Caribbean Airlines, TAP, Finnair, Air Canada as well as all ECS connected airlines.

How will you know if you are outside the restriction window?

If you are not able to see the EDIT buttons on your confirmed shipment, this means that you are out of the acceptable window to make amendments on your booking.

Print MAWBs

You can now print individual MAWBs under every Master AWB created, allowing you to digitally save each one to allow for more precise tracking and documentation of shipments.

Office Management

COMING SOON: You will soon be able to update the settings for ‘Share Quotes/Booking among Offices’ autonomously without the need to reach out to CargoAi. Future capabilities include allowing a manager of a specific office to view all the users under that office and adjust the precise permissions of each one.

Previously, we released the feature to share quotes among office so that you can check ongoing quotes and bookings for your colleagues who are on leave, without needing to sign in/out of different user accounts. It received a great response that we are in the process of creating the back-end functionality to adjust it on your own!

What you can start to do: Reach out to CargoAi support@cargoai.co to list the office managers for all the IATA Cass offices who will control the admin access.

Rates Management

Last month we released the feature to allow you to start to use CargoMART as your rate repository between multiple IATA Cass offices. In addition, we are also contacting our airline partners to share their ratesheets, ensuring that you, our CargoMART users, have the best visibility on all rates available.

What you can start to do: Send us your rates support@cargoai.co to develop CargoMART as your rate repository. Rest assured that all rates that you upload remain confidential.
