Having been in the airline industry for twenty years, Bazin has gained solid airfreight experience within high profile airlines such as Air France/KLM’s Cargo and, more recently, Qatar Airways Cargo with a strong emphasis on Operational Excellence, Revenue Optimization and Customer Satisfaction.
Thrilled by this new challenge, he is looking forward to making the most of his previous experience and thorough understanding of customer expectations to support CargoAi’s vision which he shares with great enthusiasm:
