FIATA launches Digital Lab with upcoming Webinars

To help Members anticipate the future of the industry and stay on top of the latest digital tools that could help them operate more efficiently, FIATA is pleased to invite all of its members to attend a new series of webinars where innovative logistics software/platform will be presented through short demos followed by a Q&A.

This will also allow FIATA to better understand how its members perceive these new tools and wish to position themselves as an industry.

The first webinar will take place on October 20th, 9:00 - 10.15am GMT and will feature the following two platforms, providing air cargo flight/route searches, online quotation and booking services: Tricargo and CargoAi.

TRICARGO -https://tricargo.aero/
Tricargo.aero is a 'window' into available services and rates giving the enquiring forwarder maximum choice. Upon selecting a service, the details of that booking request are instantly passed via API to the service provider. Confirmation including air waybill is returned by the provider. In all cases simultaneous e-mail enquiry and confirmation details are made to ensure full, easy and accurate communication as well as the instant update of course in your Tricargo window.

Tricargo provides an instant view of the market including GSSA’s, Airlines, consolidators, and even other platforms. Rates are ‘live’ and schedules are constantly updated including instantly offered spot rating. Where a provider has a special relationship with a forwarder this can be properly accommodated. The provider is FEDAGSA, a Swiss not-for-profit, Tricargo therefore cannot ever be sold and your information cannot be abused. The cost to the forwarder of using Tricargo is zero.

CargoAi -https://www.cargoai.co/
CargoAi offers a complete range of digital air cargo solutions to freight forwarders, airlines and GSAs, including an SaaS booking application available either as a marketplace and under White Label, an API Suite that integrates directly into TMS and ERP systems, or an AI-powered Cargo Business Intelligence as well as an integrated Sustainability solution.

Using the CargoAi solutions, forwarders are empowered to drive every stage of the air freight procurement process with greater efficiency and visibility- from planning, booking, and executing shipments right through to monitoring cargo deliveries. The gains in efficiency, customer reach and business opportunities directly translate to top and bottom-line impacts for carrier partners.

The airfreight’s largest AI-powered ecosystem was selected in the Gartner Cool vendor in Supply Chain Execution Technologies, 2021 and winning Air Cargo News Awards 2022’s Digital Innovation Award. CargoAi is headquartered in Singapore with teams in all continents.
