Shipment Track & Trace is now only available for CargoMART Pro Users

Shipment tracking plays a major role in any freight business, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipments in real time, guaranteeing complete visibility of the logistics process. With automated notifications and instant updates, you can anticipate potential delays and improve flow management.

With our latest update users with the Free plan can only see status updates until the “Booking Confirmed” stage, to view the full updates a user will need to update to the CargoMART Pro plan.

Moreover, users can no longer get notifications for any shipment tracking updates.

[NEW] Quotation Module

CargoAi is proud to announce one of our biggest launches yet, The Shipper Quotation Module! Forwarders can now send Quotations to customers directly from our eBooking platform CargoMART. The Quotation module completes a full circle of functionality on CargoMART from Rate Search, Quotation, to Booking and payment, all on one platform!

Important features:

• Create & Download PDF quotations based on real-time prices.
• Create customized pricing and margins, charges & additional fees.
• Add your own Terms & Conditions.
• Quotations updated directly on the platform when customers accept/reject and the user can simply re-run the search and book finalized orders in a few simple clicks!

• New shipper quote tab has been created to allow forwarders to view and manage previously created quotes. Features available on the shipper quote page include: history of all past created quotes, quick filters, download PDF quote document, and more.
• To enhance the quotation module, we have added the functionality to save services and associated charges for multiple airports and offices.
• The service/charge table default column has been adjusted to allow the selection of a default service specifically for a particular commodity.

Allotment - New subtype selection

Freight forwarders can now apply accurate subtypes to all allotments via the 'Edit Sub Type' button, streamlining updates and improving coordination with airlines.

Once you upload your allotment file, you can “Edit SubType" and update commodity type and subtype including for Perishables. Once a Sub Type has been selected, it will apply to all the shipments which have been uploaded with the file. So, each file/ allotment booking needs to be specific for one specific subtype.

In some cases, there are Sub-Categories within the subtypes allowing users to go into detailed specifics about their shipments. For example, for “Cereals” you can go into the detail of even selecting the exact cereal type.
