We are back with the latest updates designed to make your bookings, quotes, and day-to-day workflows even smoother. Here's what's new this month on CargoMART:
Industry & Airline News Highlights
News is now categorized on the search page.
Quickly spot relevant industry and airline updates right where you search — no more scrolling endlessly.
Import Shipper Quote
You can now create quotations regardless of the departure airport's origin country.
Generate both export and import quotes without restrictions, expanding your quoting capabilities in one place.
Allotment Booking Enhancements
a. Cancellation Option
What's new: Cancel allotment bookings directly from the Allotment page. Supported statuses include:
- Booking Failed
- Pending Booking Window
- Booking Requested
- Booking Confirmed
The cancel action now updates the status to "Booking Cancelled" using the same workflow as Booking History.
Manage your allotment bookings end-to-end in one place with consistent workflows.
b. Destination Search in Allotments
What's new: Allotment search now supports filtering by destination IATA code.
Find specific bookings faster and save valuable time.
Booking Not Available – Reason Displayed
Instead of a generic "Booking not available" message, you'll now see clear, mapped reasons directly on the search results page.
Greater transparency and less confusion for your teams.
Local Charges – Share to All Offices
A new "All" option has been added when sharing local charges with partners.
Simplify sharing across multiple offices in just one click.
Shipper Quote – Modify Customer Details & Margins
What's new: During the quote modification flow, you can now adjust:
- Customer details
- Airfreight margin (per flight)
Flights and shipment details remain unchanged.
Save time by correcting information or adjusting margins without having to recreate the entire quote.
