CargoMART Product Release Notes – March 2026
Introducing March's edition of CargoMART's product release notes!
March's release is built around one idea: your platform should do more of the work, so you don't have to. This month's updates reduce manual steps across booking, allotment management, rate transparency, and quoting — so your team can move faster with fewer errors and less back-and-forth.

What's new at a glance
AWB Stocks — Auto-fill from office inventory
When your office has AWB stock loaded for an airline, CargoMART now automatically pre-fills the AWB field at the point of booking with the first available stock number. If you'd prefer to use Auto-AWB instead, simply remove the pre-filled value and continue. And if the airline rejects the AWB — because it's already used or invalid for your account — the system marks it as used and retries automatically with the next available AWB, up to 10 times, without any action needed from you.
No more manual lookups or copy-paste errors. Your AWB inventory stays in sync with airline validation responses automatically, reducing booking failures and keeping your stock accurate.
Works automatically when your office has AWB stock loaded for the selected airline. To manage stock, go to Settings → AWB Stock Management.
Allotment
This month brings the biggest set of allotment improvements to date. Together, these updates give you a clearer, more consistent view of every allotment booking from upload to confirmation.
Standardised booking status labels
Allotment booking statuses now use consistent labels everywhere — the CargoMART UI, summary emails, and Excel exports. The new labels are: Booking confirmed, Pending booking window, Queued in airline system, Fix and retry (Coming soon), Pending airline creation, Booking rejected and Cancelled. Every status already includes a tooltip explaining what it means and whether any action is required from you or the airline.

Your team sees clear language, explanations and required action across every touchpoint — no more guessing about why a booking is in a particular state.
Status column in summary email CSV
The CSV attached to your Allotment Booking Summary email now includes a dedicated Status column. Each row shows the current state of that booking using exactly the same labels shown in the CargoMART UI.
You can review the full outcome of an allotment upload directly from the email attachment, without logging into CargoMART to check each booking individually. Cleaner reports, fewer clicks.
Interactive status cards on the History page
Five interactive status cards now sit at the top of the Allotment History page, showing live counts across Total, Pending, Confirmed, In Transit, At Destination, and Delivered. Clicking any card instantly filters the table to show only bookings in that state.
One click gets you straight to the bookings that need attention, without scrolling through a long list.
Go to Allotment → History. The status cards appear at the top of the page automatically.
Team CC notifications
A new toggle in Settings → Notifications → Allotment lets you opt in to receive CC copies of every Allotment Booking Summary email generated by your office — not just the ones you trigger yourself. The setting is off by default and can be changed at any time.
Managers and team leads can stay across all allotment activity without relying on colleagues to forward emails manually — especially useful for offices with multiple users uploading allotment files.
Go to Settings → Notifications → Allotment and enable the office CC toggle.
MAWB & HAWB — Auto-suggest for shipper and consignee
The Shipper and Consignee name fields on the MAWB and HAWB pages now search your contact database as you type. Select a contact from the suggestions and the phone, email, and country fields fill in automatically. New contacts entered for a specific shipment are saved automatically for future use, and you can still edit any field after selection.
Faster shipment creation with significantly fewer keystrokes and less risk of data entry errors on the fields that matter most for airway bill accuracy.
Simply start typing in the Shipper or Consignee name fields on the MAWB or HAWB pages — suggestions appear automatically.
Rate Management System
This month's RMS updates give you a more accurate, more transparent view of your rates — from the actual aircraft operating a route to exactly which routing each rate covers.
Dynamic aircraft type with cargo loading limits
The RMS now shows the specific aircraft model most frequently operated on a route over the past month — for example B777 or A320 — rather than the previous generic categories like WB, NB, or FF. Tap the info icon next to the aircraft type to see the day-of-week operating schedule and the maximum cargo dimensions (height and width) for that aircraft. For multi-leg routes, the system aggregates data across all legs and highlights the most restrictive limitations so you can assess the full routing in one view.
You can confirm whether your cargo physically fits the aircraft on a given route before booking — without leaving CargoMART or consulting external resources.
Go to Rates → Rate Management System. Aircraft type is displayed in the RMS search results. Tap the info icon to expand the full loading details.
Routing information now visible on rates
You can now see routing information directly alongside each rate in the RMS — whether a rate applies to a direct service or includes transit stops, with intermediate hub airports shown using IATA codes (e.g., FRA, SIN). This is visible in both the table and accordion views.
At a glance, you can see exactly which routing a rate covers — removing ambiguity when comparing options and making it easier to quote the right service for each shipment.
7-digit IATA support for contract rates
Contract rates in the RMS now accept 7-digit IATA numbers in addition to the full 11-digit IATA-CASS. When a 7-digit number is entered, the rate is automatically visible to all offices sharing that parent IATA — regardless of their individual CASS suffix. If you enter a full 11-digit IATA-CASS, the existing strict office-level visibility rules continue to apply.
Network administrators can now share a contract rate across all offices in a single entry, rather than listing every individual office separately — a significant time saver for multi-office operations.
Enter a 7-digit IATA number in the IATA field when creating or editing a contract rate in the RMS.
Quotation
Two updates to the quotation flow this month, both targeting friction points that could previously force you to abandon a quote mid-way and start over.
Manual flight creation
In Step 2 of the quotation flow, you can now manually add flights that don't appear in live search results. Define the airline and rate, build multi-leg routings with multiple stops, and let the system calculate leg durations and total transit time automatically.
Quote on any routing — including charter services, offline carriers, or niche connections — without being limited to what live search returns.
In the quotation flow, go to Step 2 (Flight & Rate Details) and click Add flight manually.
Edit shipper contact details inline
In Step 1 of the quotation flow, you can now click the edit icon on a selected customer's contact card to update their details without leaving the quote. Changes take effect immediately in the current quote and are saved to the customer database for future use.
Fix a wrong address or outdated email on the spot — no need to abandon the quote, navigate to the contacts section, make the change, and start again.
Select a customer in Step 1 of the quotation flow, then click the pen icon on their contact card.
