Introducing March's edition of CargoMART's product release notes!!
At CargoAi, we are continuously improving CargoMART to help you manage bookings, quotations, and rate visibility more efficiently. This month, we are introducing major updates that enhance the quotation process, booking modifications, reporting dashboards, and rate management system (RMS).
Additionally, we are excited to share insights from our Beyond Booking webinar held on February 19th—if you missed it, the recording is now available!

New Quotation Dashboard
[Only available for CargoMART Pro Users]
Managing quotations just got easier! Our new Quotation Dashboard provides key insights into your quotations, allowing you to track performance trends and conversion rates.
What's New?
- Find the Quotation tab under the Dashboard section.
- Pre-Filtered Data – Your office's quotations are pre-filtered for quick access.
- Advanced Filters – Search by customer or time range.
- Performance Metrics –
- Number of quotes,
- Conversion rates,
- Revenue and profit generated at customer level
- and more.
- Role-Based Access – Exclusive to CargoMART Pro users with the quotation feature enabled.
With clear performance insights, you can optimize your quotation process, track conversions, and identify customer preferences—helping you close more deals faster.
A More Intuitive Booking Modification Flow
We have revamped the booking modification process to make it more intuitive and reduce unnecessary steps. Instead of the old edit button system, you'll now follow a three-step modification flow for better clarity.
- Use the "Modify Booking" button – One centralized place to manage changes.
- 3-Step Flow:
- Step 1: Modify Cargo Details
- Step 2: Modify Flight Details
- Step 3: Review & Confirm
This update improves usability ensuring a smoother and faster ebooking modification process.
New "Quality" Dashboard in Reports Section
We've added a new Quality Dashboard within the Reports dashboard to help you track quality related metrics.
- "Quality" tab added – Now visible under Reports - Dashboard.
- Pre-filtered office data – Focus on your organization's metrics.
Quickly analyze quality and operational insights without switching between multiple dashboards.
RMS Enhancements
[Only available for CargoMART Pro Users]
We have made several improvements to the Rate Management System (RMS) to give you better control over rate data.
- Clearer Aircraft Type Filtering – The "Service" field is now changed to "Aircraft Type" for better clarity.
- Multi-Aircraft Type Selection – Filter multiple aircraft types when viewing rate tables.
- SAF Charges – SAF will now be shown as a separate charge on the RMS (wherever applicable) in order to be more transparent as the industry focuses more on sustainability.
- Transparent Cost Details – A new pop-up now displays surcharges and taxes, even when all-in rates are enabled. View this pop-up when you click the Terms and Conditions icon.
More transparent and structured rate data leads to smarter pricing decisions and operational efficiency.
CargoCOPILOT Outlook Plugin
The CargoAi Outlook Plugin allows you to transfer shipment details directly from your Outlook emails in just ONE click. No more manual entry – details are automatically transferred to CargoMART.
How to Use It?
- Open an email in Outlook that contains shipment details (e.g., dimensions, weight).
- Click on the CargoAi Plugin in the Outlook ribbon.
- You will be redirected to CargoMART, where you can log in and verify the pre-filled shipment details.
- Finalize your shipment and submit it in just a few clicks.
