CargoMART Product Release Notes – April 2025

Introducing April's edition of CargoMART's product release notes!!

This month's CargoMART release focuses on improving usability, flexibility, and pricing transparency across key workflows. From a redesigned airline contact interface to new options for margin calculation, here's a summary of what's been updated:

    New Airline Contact Page

[Only available for CargoMART Pro Users]

The airline contact dashboard has been replaced with a more user-friendly, customizable interface.

    Key improvements:

    • Users can now choose to group contacts by airline, with airline names as section headers for easier navigation.
    • With this new view, filters are available for airline code, airline name, airport, and role.
    • Sometimes it can be confusing to figure out the right person to contact for different issues. Tooltips provide guidance on which contact to reach out to (e.g., "Sales" for pricing).
    Benefit:

Grouping by airline and advanced filters streamline searches and makes the page easier to navigate.

This update helps users quickly locate the correct contact person and reduces miscommunication with airline teams.
