Do I need to issue a Bank Guarantee or Parent Guarantee with the airlines?
Not needed either! The CargoWALLET is your universal airfreight payment solution and you do not need to issue any bilateral guarantee any longer.
How can I pay with CargoWALLET?
Whether you are procuring your freight on the CargoAi CargoMART or CargoCONNECT solutions, you will have access to your CargoWALLET funds when you will have selected your airline, route and rate and are ready to finalise your booking.
The Prepaid option will appear as soon as your CargoWALLET account is activated.
If you are also approved as a PayLater client, you will be able to choose between two settlement terms: 30 days or 60 days.
What rate do I see and pay?
The rates are coming directly from the airline system and we don't apply any markup. It is the same or better rate than if you would contact the airline directly.
How much do I need to pay for CargoWALLET?
Our service fee is very transparent at each stage of every process (registration, topup, payment, PayLater) and you always know when you are paying CargoWALLET and for what.
